Exciting news this morning that we’ve won not one, but two RIBA Awards for No. 49, designed by 31/44 Architects. This new build family home in South London has received a RIBA London Award 2017 and Regional Small Project of the Year 2017 Award.

Judges noted ‘this house was outstanding’ and ‘makes a significant and appropriate urban contribution by providing a clear edge and identity to this […] street, which was previously lacking in definition’.

A huge congrats to all involved! These accolades are testament to the true spirit of partnership and collaboration that has been at the heart of this project.
