Acute Intervention is a finalist in the Surface Design Awards. Shortlisted in the Housing Exterior Surface category, for its arresting design and use of Kebony wood, a sustainable material that starts off a rich brown colour and turns a natural silver-grey patina after exposure to sun and rain.

The awards recognise progressive design and the use of innovative surfaces in projects in the UK and internationally. Winners will be announced on 8 February 2018 at the Surface Design Award ceremony in Central London.
