We regularly work on unique installations, of which the Emirates Aviation Experience is a prime example. Working with Scena Productions, we engineered the support for state-of-the-art airplane simulators, a scale model of the front end of the Airbus A380 and a Lego engine.
The Emirates Aviation Experience is part of the Emirates Air Line Experience, London’s only cable car attraction, which crosses the River Thames between Greenwich Peninsula and the Royal Docks. The gondola storage for the cable cards was housed just above the installation, requiring a very precise approach.
The permanent installation gives visitors insight into the operations and modern achievements of commercial air travel, and allows them to practice their take-off and landing skills on an Airbus A380 in London using the world’s first public facing flight simulator.
