Mimosa Street is a minimalist four storey family home we worked on with Pascal Huser Design & Build. The project saw the complete redesign of a three storey Victorian terraced house in need of total refurbishment, including the excavation of a large 100sqm basement. Blue worked closely with the architect from the outset to ensure the structural integrity of the new internal spaces, and to allow for the vast amounts of services that were going in. From concrete floors to underfloor heating, solar panels, living walls and shadow gaps galore, this house is an architect’s dream.
