You will be working with the Office Administrator and Operations Manager. The role is suitable for someone who wants to learn how to help run an office daily and who wants to develop their skills.

Tasks include:

  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, deliveries etc), set up meetings and appointments, greet clients and visitors, update database and filing, maintain the office environment, assist the office administrator, operations manager and colleagues with ad hoc tasks.

  • A minimum of 5 GCSEs.
  • Capable of working independently with the ability to summarise content and present it to others.
  • #Have full eligibility to work in the UK without an employer-sponsored visa.
  • Commuting time to our office must be less than one hour, and you must be prepared to come to the office every day, you will learn faster.
  • Able to use Word and Excel.
  • Have excellent English skills.

  • To communicate effectively between the team.
  • To be professional and well presented.
